Yoga for Everyone: Beginners and Advanced
These classes are for anyone that is new to yoga or to anyone that has more experience. I will guide you through yoga postures (asanas) and you decide what level you would like to do. We will flow from pose to pose, being mindful of our breath and how we feel in our bodies as we become more and more present.
Props: rolled up blanket, yoga blocks and strap.
Wednesday Yoga for Everyone: Beginners and Advanced
Following purchase, you will first receive a confirmation email. Then, you’ll receive an email from Susanne containing the Zoom class links for each of the next 4 weeks.
The practice will be recorded each week and you will receive the recording the next day, and will have it for one week. So therefore, if you miss a class you have the opportunity to still practice. I do encourage you to try to join the live class as much as you can as this will help keep you accountable showing up for yourself and help you stick to a routine.
