Yoga Therapy with Susanne

A private, embodied healing hour where we listen to your body, breath, and inner experience.

Each session is gently tailored to your needs, supporting awareness, regulation, and deeper connection with yourself. From this place, change can begin to unfold naturally.

Together, we move slowly and intentionally, exploring what’s present, tending what feels held or overwhelmed, and creating space for ease and integration.

This work is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking personalized, heart-centred support.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a compassionate, personalized approach that supports you in navigating stress, anxiety, pain, and life transitions.

It helps restore balance in the body and nervous system, supporting greater ease, clarity, and resilience.

Rather than treating or diagnosing, it gently works with your whole system — body, breath, and awareness — to support healing from within.

It can support:

  • Anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm

  • Chronic pain, tension, and injury recovery

  • Sleep, digestion, and nervous system regulation

  • Life transitions such as grief, change, or burnout

  • A deeper sense of grounding and self-connection

 
 
 

For moments of overwhelm or disconnection, Yoga Therapy offers a space to return to yourself with steadiness and care.

 

Group Yoga Therapy

Group Yoga Therapy offers a supportive space to explore gentle, therapeutic practices including movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.

These classes are designed to support the nervous system, ease tension, and help you feel more grounded and connected in your body.

  • Yoga Therapy for Neck & Shoulders — Mondays 7:30pm

  • Gentle Hatha — Wednesdays 9:30am

  • Yoga Therapy for Hips & Back — Thursdays 7:30pm


Group Yoga Therapy classes offer a supportive space to reconnect with your body through gentle movement, breath-work, and mindfulness.

These classes help ease tension, support nervous system regulation, and bring you back into a sense of balance and presence.

Suitable for all levels, including those recovering from stress, injury, or simply seeking a more grounded way to care for themselves.
