I offer a unique blend of embodied life coaching and yoga therapy, rooted in the ancient wisdom of the koshas, the five layers of self. Together, we explore the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of your healing.
This isn’t traditional talk therapy.
It’s slower. Softer.
It honors the wisdom of your body, not just your thoughts.

Emotional processing through the lens of the koshas

The koshas are an ancient yogic map of the self—layers that help us understand who we are beneath the surface. In our work together, we gently explore:
Annamaya Kosha – the physical body (pain, fatigue, tension, tears)
Pranamaya Kosha – breath and life energy (your vitality, flow, restlessness)
Manomaya Kosha – the mind (thoughts, emotions, stories)
Vijnanamaya Kosha – intuition and inner knowing (your deeper truth)
Anandamaya Kosha – your inner stillness, joy, and peace (often buried beneath pain)
By meeting these layers, we begin to feel more whole—more like you again.
