Counselling & Nervous System–Informed Support

Counselling with me is a grounded, compassionate space that supports both your emotional experience and your nervous system.

Rather than pushing through or fixing yourself, we work gently with what’s present, helping your system feel safer, steadier, and more supported so that clarity and change can naturally emerge.

This work supports you in moving from overwhelm, anxiety, or feeling stuck into a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and inner stability.

How Counselling Can Help

When life feels heavy, the nervous system often shifts into survival patterns such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-criticism, or disconnection.

Counselling can support you to:

  • Regulate your nervous system and reduce overwhelm

  • Understand emotional patterns with more compassion

  • Process emotions without becoming flooded

  • Gain clarity around your needs and direction

  • Build inner resources and resilience

Healing happens through safety, presence, and relationship - not force.

My Approach

My work is integrative and tailored to you, drawing from:

  • Nervous system–informed and person-centred therapy

  • CBT (used gently and practically)

  • Somatic, breathwork, and mindfulness-based approaches

  • Yoga-informed and embodied practices

This allows us to work with both thoughts and beliefs, as well as the body and nervous system, supporting deeper and lasting change.

Support Path

I offer a structured entry point: a 1-month First Step (4 weekly sessions) to build safety, understand your patterns, and clarify what support you need.

From there, a 3-month continuation is available for deeper integration and ongoing support.

Consistency allows the nervous system to settle, integrate, and shift more sustainably.

Individual session: $120
Sliding scale (limited): $50–$90
