In a private yoga therapy session, you will receive an individual evaluation and create the goals and intentions for your practice.

Ideal for beginners, but also advanced yoga students, let me guide you. My first goal is to bring awareness; from there, changes can be made.  Each Yoga Therapy session is unique based on your needs.

In order to get a different result, you need to do things differently.

I can guide you, gently and clearly, helping you to see, helping you to take a different route towards change.

We set goals, we will spend time healing the deeper wounds surrounding your journey, we check in, we adapt, we pause and we also know when you are ready to step away from my help.

Most people who come for one-on-one sessions are looking for personalized care from someone who understands what they're going through and can provide individual support. If this sounds like you I would be honoured to be that support for you.

Group Yoga Therapy

In group yoga therapy sessions, you will be introduced to therapeutic yoga techniques including postures, breath and mindfulness, to help you feel at ease.

With a focus on experimental anatomy, relaxation, breath awareness, and gentle postures, this class aims to bring you back into your body, alleviate tension, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, honour their limits, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance. Whether recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply seeking relaxation, this class offers a holistic approach to health and healing.
