How Counselling and Therapy Can Help

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and our instinct may be to be hard on ourselves, which often isn't the most helpful approach. Counselling offers a path to developing more positive ways of thinking and relating to yourself.

The journey begins with learning to be kind and compassionate toward yourself. Facing your pain and sitting with difficult emotions is an essential part of healing. For me, confronting my own struggles was crucial in finding joy again. Having been helped, I’m passionate about offering the same support to others.

In our sessions, I provide a non-judgmental space where you can be heard. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, lighten your emotional load, and work toward healing. You don’t have to carry the weight alone.

Through our collaboration, we’ll assess where you are now, where you want to be, and create a holistic plan to help you break through any barriers. Every step counts, and we’ll move forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

Fees

All sessions are payable by e-Interac transfer or Credit Card. 

* Payment is to be paid 1 hour prior to session

I have a strict 48 hour full fee cancellation policy.


Individual session : $95.00

Couples session: $135.00
