“The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind & the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.” ~ B.K.S. Iyengar
A Personal Note
Welcome, I’m so grateful you’re here.
I can’t tell you how much yoga therapy has supported me through times of uncertainty and loss.
When I felt lost or unsure of where to turn, these practices helped me come back to myself — again and again.
Through somatic and therapeutic movement, breathwork, and counselling, I’ve found steady ground when life felt anything but steady.
If you’re moving through change, grief, or longing to feel more centered, these practices can help you come home to yourself — softly, one breath at a time.
My Path
My path to counselling and healing work has been shaped by a lifelong fascination with the human heart — how we move through joy, sorrow, resilience, and change.
I believe that within each of us lies an innate wisdom, a quiet knowing that simply needs space, care, and curiosity to be heard.
My Journey
My own journey has included living through profound life changes — including divorce, the loss of my mother, and the experience of being an expat.
I know the ache of uncertainty, the quiet weight of grief, and the courage it takes to begin again.
These experiences have shaped the way I hold space: with gentleness, presence, and a deep respect for the resilience of the human heart.
I believe that even through loss, there are ways to move through it all, find steady ground, and feel supported along the way.
My Practice
Over twenty years ago, I began my path with yoga, which opened the door to the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit.
This led me to complete my Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling, specializing in Professional Counselling, and to study extensively in yoga therapy, mindfulness, and holistic healing.
How I Work
Through my work, I hold space for you to reconnect with yourself — to feel grounded, safe, and understood.
I believe that real healing happens when we are gently witnessed without judgment, and when we are empowered to trust our own inner guidance.
The Invitation
The tools I share — yoga therapy, breathwork, reflective journaling, and counselling — are not just practices, but invitations.
Invitations to pause. To soften. To come home to yourself.
Closing Words
It is an honour to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater ease, clarity, and self-compassion.
You are not alone. You are already enough.
And the path inward is the most beautiful journey of all.
My Training and Journey
Over the years, my love for healing, movement, and the inner landscape of the heart has guided me through deep study and practice.
Each training, each teacher, and each experience has shaped the way I now hold space for others—with presence, care, and reverence.
Here is a glimpse of the path that continues to unfold:
