Therapeutic Yoga
In yoga therapy sessions, we will go deep into our bodies exploring smaller therapeutic movements through experiential anatomy. As we become more aware of our bodies, it will give us a sense of calm so that we have a place for us to anchor ourselves in. A gentle practice on the mat to deepen your breath, release stress and holdings, soothe your soul and your nervous system.
