Therapeutic Yoga

In yoga therapy classes, we will go deep into our bodies exploring smaller therapeutic movements through experiential anatomy. As we become more aware of our bodies, it will give us a sense of calm so that we have a place for us to anchor ourselves in. A gentle practice on the mat to deepen your breath, release stress and holdings, soothe your soul and your nervous system.

Props: rolled up blanket, blocks and strap.

Following purchase, you will first receive a confirmation email. Then, you’ll receive an email from Susanne containing the Zoom class links for the session.

The practice will be recorded each week and you will receive the recording the next day, and will have it for one week. So therefore, if you miss a class you have the opportunity to still practice. I do encourage you to try to join the live class as much as you can as this will help keep you accountable showing up for yourself and help you stick to a routine.
