Mind Body Connection Through Yoga To Manifest The Most Beautiful Life
Dear loved one,
When we are connected to ourselves, then we can connect to others as well as the world around us.
Connection is a process. It's almost like you live from within yourself instead of living externally.
In order to connect we need to be willing and open to the present moment. Maybe we need to change patterns and habits like stay away from things that make us feel numb and disconnected i.e. too much time on the computer, alcohol, drugs, over eating..., and instead be curious, and listen to our inner self.
Here are three easy tips on how to connect to yourself:
- Become aware of your breath as often as possible.
- Pause and sit in stillness for as long as it's comfortable, or find a short pause in between anything you do, for example: after you park your car in the driveway of your house, pause and notice your breath and scan your body before you go inside. Before you put your tea or coffee cup to your lips in the morning, pause and notice your breath and scan your body and then have your first sip, you get the idea:)
- Move your beautiful body. Dance, run, do yoga, swim, connect and feel your body in movement.
When we connect to ourself, it's like returning home to the life energy inside of us, and when we find that in us, then we can make choices and manifest the most beautiful life, and find other wonderful souls that our unique soul can connect with.
