Therapeutic Yoga 

In yoga therapy classes, we will go deep into our bodies exploring smaller therapeutic movements through experiential anatomy. As we become more aware of our bodies, it will give us a sense of calm so that we have a place for us to anchor ourselves in. A gentle practice on the mat to deepen your breath, release stress and holdings, soothe your soul and your nervous system.

Yoga for Everyone

These classes are for anyone that is new to yoga or to anyone that has more experience. I will guide you through yoga postures (asanas) and you decide what level you would like to do. We will flow from pose to pose, being mindful of our breath and how we feel in our bodies as we become more and more present.

Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga therapy will empower you in your healing process. Yoga therapy sessions are one-on-one sessions designed to attend to particular physical, mental and emotional challenges an individual may experience in ones embodied journey. These private sessions will be focused on you and your journey.
